3. Link Deletion and Enforcement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to disable, block, or delete any shortened URL that violates our Acceptable Use Policy, without notice or liability. We use automated filters and manual inspection to detect abuse.

4. Rate Limiting and Fair Use

To ensure high availability and platform health, SnapLink enforces rate limiting. Attempting to bypass these rate limits using proxy rotation, bots, or distributed clients is a violation of these terms and will result in IP bans.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

SnapLink is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding redirect uptime, database persistence, or search engine indexing. We are not liable for any damages resulting from link deletion or unavailability.
